We enjoyed our stay for "Girls Weekend" at Pine Tree Place. Everything was just as we expected: clean and comfortable (nice renovations!). The Host checked in regularly to make sure we had what we needed. The location was great...we walked everywhere!

This is a wonderful place to stay - my family (including a 1 year old) had an awesome experience. Brandon was very accommodating and had very clear instructions. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Pristine property with all the conveniences. Close walk to town. Couldn’t be happier with the property. We had two couples, two children, and one infant and we were all quite comfortable.

GREAT property in a great location! Perfect for us to have as a central base for discovering different little beach towns each day. The property is so well done - love the decor and all of the special touches! Brandon is a great and thoughtful host. He left desserts for my retiring husband! (Go to Paris bakery!)We had wonderful meals at Mabel’s, the Boathouse, and Chez Rosa! Shopping and galleries are amazing! Coastline, character, old houses - priceless!We absolutely loved coming “home” after several very action packed days. So relaxing and absolutely EVERYTHING you need to enjoy the stay!There is nothing I would change !Just 1 tiny suggestion for a future project…consider really comfy beds/mattresses and sheets for future project - maybe no headboard/footboards- just plush comfy mattresses/bedding - would possibly help with bed sliding into walls. This would make your place over the top five stars!

Our stay at Kennebunkport was excellent! The house feels brand new. Everything was clean and we absolutely loved the location. We would absolutely come stay again. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

House is like new. Well designed for a family and outdoor/indoor dining. Designer Kitchen, wine fridge, grill and hot tub perfect for summer entertaining. Location is all about convenience right on Port road - with a 15 minute walk into Kennebunkport and 25 minute walk to Gooches Beach. Beach parking pass really is key - to just take one car to haul the beach gear while others can enjoy the walk.
