My kids loved the house and all the room. The house was great with comfy beds and plenty of activities for everyone to do while staying there. The bathrooms could use rugs since the floors get really good.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this home in Asheville in October with our family and another family! The location was fantastic—just 15–20 minutes from downtown Asheville—and the house was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up for groups traveling together.There was plenty of space for everyone, and we especially loved all the games available for both adults and kids. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything so easy and stress-free.One of our favorite highlights was ending our evenings with a fire outside and then heading into the movie room for a family movie night. It was the perfect setup for making memories together!We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Asheville, especially multiple families traveling together. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed every day here! The booking and house instructions were straightforward. The host was very responsive and always ready to help. The house itself was perfect for our large group. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and the outdoor blackstone, we had basketball competitions, watched movies and played games, then wound down in the hot tub.

The hot tub was exceptionally clean and big enough for at least 5 of us at a time. Rooms were clean and sheets were very comfortable and soft. The dishwasher was quiet and fast and we used the 2 washers and 2 dryers many times. Plenty of towels for everyone except dish towels which we bought and left there.

I loved the outside area it had an amazing view from the hot tub. My kids loved the house because all the game rooms and the movie room and all the activities there. Making s’mores at night was perfect ! It was perfect for our 3 families . Everyone enjoyed it so much. Mindi the owner was very responsive and was so nice.

We had a great time as a family! If you are looking for a convenient location near Ashville for a family or group of families, this is a perfect pick. From the movie theatre and popcorn, the super fun bunk beds with slide, and outdoor entertainment options for adults and children, you won't be disappointed. While having dinner one night, my son (7), when talking about how much fun we were having together, asked if they were the luckiest kids in the world. We made lasting memories, and I hope you do too!

We absolutely loved our stay and this house was exactly what we were looking for! We had multi generations and family branches coming together for a summer get together and this house and property provided everything we needed — amazing bedrooms and lots of space, beautiful outdoor setting with tons of activities for adults and range of kids ages, from basketball and mini golf, movie theater with a popcorn maker, and a hot tub and sauna for the adults. Everything was well stocked and we loved using the grill and hanging out outdoors. Mindi as our host was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our needs. It would be nice to be slightly closer to downtown Asheville, but we didn’t mind We’d love to stay here again!

This home exceeded expectations! The photos were 100% accurate and the hosts did not overlook a single detail to make this property stand out, including responsive and thorough communication. The property was very clean and our family could’ve stayed for days on end never running out of entertainment or space. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and movie theater. We played pool, shuffleboard, ski ball, and arcade games and our daughter loved the slide between the bunk beds. The extensive coffee/tea options and the stocked waffle bar were so much fun in the mornings. The area was quiet and beautiful and just a short drive from downtown Asheville. We hope to be back in the future!
