Why they chose this property
Being on False River and 10 minutes from downtown New Roads as well as 30 minutes from Baton Rouge and St. Francisville, this location is ideal as a destination retreat but also as hub for enjoying the area.
What makes this property unique
The options available to guests are expansive. Enjoy False River from the large private dock, or jump in! Have dinner at the table on the dock, or the large dining table on the covered back porch. Bring a fishing pool and catch your dinner. The lake is a 5A fishing lake known for its robust fish populations. Lounge by the sparkling pool, or soak in the tub. The Sweet Spot's ability to comfortably accommodate up to 13 is unique. There are many things about the property which allow and encourage quality time with family and/or friends. The open concept design of the downstairs common space fosters engagement while being spacious enough for comfortable enjoyment of the whole group.
