Minutes from Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, and just a short, scenic ride to Waitsfield and its wonderful shops and restaurants, this creekside, Green Mountain view condo is ideal for your next wintertime ski-cation or mountain getaway, no matter the season!
Walk right out your door and hike, snowshoe, or cross country ski along the Catamount Trail.
Step through the front door into a sunlit and inviting retreat adorned with ski-themed decor. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and then gather 'round the dining table for meals or fun-filled family game nights.
Adjacent to this space, beneath a soaring, vaulted ceiling, the living area calls with plush furnishings, a warming wood stove, and a TV ready to stream your favorite movies and shows.
Enjoy on-site resort amenities including an outdoor pool (summer only), tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a playground for the kids. There are two parking spaces available.

I'm a local host with a small but growing list of close-to-the-mountain condos and bespoke standalone homes throughout the Mad River Valley.
I've been in hospitality for over 30 years, and take pride in providing the kind of easy-peasey, welcoming guest experience I like to have when I travel.
We are also dedicated to making sure some of the benefit of having vacation rentals in the community stays in the community, which is why 100% of the cleaning and maintenance fees we collect are paid to the people who do the work.
That is not typically the case for the big hosting companies who treat local labor as a profit center to boost their numbers.
