We were extremely impressed with this house! Everything was quite clean and stylish, and we had no problem finding anything we might need. Great communication from the owner, soft linens, quality appliances, and comfortable all around. We would gladly stay there again!

We stayed in this charming house for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was easy, and all access codes were provided ahead of time, making our arrival stress-free.The home is very family-friendly. The bunk beds worked perfectly for my daughter and her friends, and the bed in the primary bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in during a stay in Surfside. I’ve visited Surfside six or seven times and stayed in several different houses, and this bed was by far a standout.The location was excellent. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and evening strolls along the seawall. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and essentials needed to prepare meals during our stay.We especially loved relaxing on the deck in the evenings. The deck chair and porch swing were perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze. The house was also generously supplied with towels, toilet paper, and paper towels, which was greatly appreciated.My only suggestion to future renters is to bring plenty of bottled water as the tap water has an iron taste, which I understand is a city problem (being so close to the beach), and not something the home owner can control.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely book this home again on a future trip to Surfside.
