About this property

Close to Disney, Epic Universe, Golf, Resort lazy river, pools, hot tubs, spa!

Welcome to Regal Palms gated Resort. Zero entry pool, Water slide, lazy river fitness room, hot tubs, arcade and sauna all just a couple minute walk from our unit. Close to Disney and Universal Epic Universe.

You will love the prime spot VERY CLOSE TO THE POOL, you can see it from the upper balcony!

Your kids will love the Disney themed rooms!

One queen suite is on the main floor; the other king suite and 2 other bedrooms are upstairs. 3.5 bathrooms, cable TV in all bedrooms. Twin roll out bed in upstairs ensuite closet (move wherever you like).

There is a $20 per day per unit resort fee payable at the front desk upon arrival. This fee covers up to 10 wristband fobs that give access to the pool and resort amenities.

We will have starter supplies for you including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Hotel size starter shampoo and soap. A few coffee pods as well. We want you to be comfy in your home away from home!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Close to pool was nice. The house needs alittle tlc. Could not use ceiling fan in living room, it was so wobbly thought it was going to fall off ceiling. The screen doors on patio doors could not be used, 2 of the closet doors would fall off track if used. Had to go by some kitchenware. No baking pan,.If updates were made it woukd be a nice place.

Great spot right near the pool! Host was very hospitable and communicated well. The rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. It’s a great location, close to the parks without the hustle and bustle of being in Orlando. We’ll be back!

We had an excellent stay at this Vrbo! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The home was tastefully decorated and there were some awesome themed rooms (Star Wars and Toy Story) in addition to two bedrooms that have their own ensuite bathrooms. The host was very engaging before my stay and was quick to answer any questions. The home is very close to the pool, sauna, and gym, maybe a 3-min walk. The Vrbo home provided pool floaties (tubes and noodles), which were perfect for the lazy river!This home is a great destination if you’re looking to go to Disney or Universal parks. Disney Springs is also great getaway spot for an afternoon of shopping, grabbing lunch, or getting some dole whip! Some additional amenities we loved, were the poolside restaurant and bar, the arcade, and sauna. Some nearby spots we enjoyed were Giovanni’s Pizzeria & Kitchen, Thailicious27, and the Twistee Treat! Additionally, the Vrbo is less than a half-mile from a Publix, which was convenient. If you’re looking to golf, the Highlands Reserve Golf Club is nearly a walk across the street from Regal Palms, and is a great course for a reasonable rate. I golfed with a snowbird, and he shared that he golfed there a lot and would also play at ChampionsGate Golf Club, about 15 down the road.Overall, we had an excellent time at Happy Pappy’s Vrbo home. We look forward to staying at Happy Pappy’s when we return to Orlando!

Just Okay — Some Pros, Several Comfort IssuesThe home was generally clean and in a convenient location, but the overall stay didn’t quite match the photos or expectations.The beds were uncomfortable, and the mattresses felt extremely inexpensive or very old — everyone in our group had an issue with their bed. The bedding and sheets were low quality and worn. We arrived with seven guests but were only provided five towels, which were old and thin. When I reached out to the property owner, she sent four more the next morning, she was quick to respond. A home of 4 beds should provide much more linnen. Some areas felt dated, including blinds that were worn and beginning to fall apart. We also experienced a small pest issue in one of the rooms — possibly just a Florida reality, but worth noting. Parking can be a challenge if you have several vehicles. I travel often for work and have stayed in many places so this review does not come lightly. I understand this can be a source of income for many people, and I respect that, but I feel it’s important to be honest about our experience with this particular space.Overall, the house was clean, but based on comfort and amenities, I would not return.
