We stayed at this loft while our daughter played in Cooperstown. It was just 3 of us. And the place was comfy and perfect for what we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer. It was a big space with A/C. Kate was friendly and very responsive. It was such a lovely property with chickens and a pond. We had an amazing experience in Cooperstown. And I would stay here again.

Get Away

Peaceful rural setting but close to town, shopping and restaurants and easily accessible to Dreams Park. Kate and Teddy were welcoming and more than accommodating during our stay. They freely shared their favorites in the area and didn’t steer us wrong. The accommodations were attractive, spacious and very comfortable. We really didn’t want to leave!

What a comfortable, convenient stay. Very spacious apartment, nice view of the small pond and the chickens. Communication with Kate was very good - she was very responsive. We hope to return.
