Property was not very clean. Beds are old and falling apart, mattresses are very hollow, uncomfortable, soiled and nasty, carpets are very dirty, sheets and mattress covers were stained with blood and urine, and dryer worked when it wanted to. The kitchen, pool and living room area was nice.

We take your comments very seriously: our cleaning and maintenance teams will inspect the beds, mattresses, linens, carpets and the dryer, and we'll review the findings with the owner of the home.
