We live and are native to Asheville, NC. We enjoy spending time at the lake, traveling and hanging out with our family and friends. We’ve been hosting for almost 3 years with a consistent 5 star rating. We enjoy seeing where everyone is from and why they chose the area to visit.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area for many reasons, the biggest is the peacefulness of the area! Also it’s close to lake hartwell, 1/4 mile from boat ramp at end of our road. It’s not a subdivision, but the neighbors are great. Mostly because of the proximity to local areas, 25 mins to Clemson, and 15 mins to Seneca and Toccoa. There is lots to do outdoors in the area also, fishing, hiking, state parks for picnics and enjoying water activities.

What makes this property unique

With the game room, fire pit and proximity to lake there is something for everyone whether you want to fish, hang out in the game room where there is something for all ages, or build a fire in the fire pit and make s’mores.
