Location was good. Pool was terrible. Apartment was fair. Very clean and safe. Pool was awful many restrictions not listed on website. Very tiny pool would not stay there again.

The kitchen floor was a little dirty. and I saw a cockroach on the wall of the dining area. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay and will recommend to anyone who asks about this unit.

First timers fit this building!

Really enjoyed 101. Loved the ease of going in and out of building, cozy living room with plenty of seating and loved the ice machine. The down side is the bunk beds. Top bunk not useable for an adult. We used the sleeper couch. If the washer/dryer were removed, since not usable, and twin beds would be added it would be awesome
