This is a fantastic property. My wife and I stayed over a weekend for our 29th anniversary. I love the location. Just steps from Monument Circle and St. Elmo’s. The host was very responsive and directions were clear. Make sure you pay attention to the instructions for parking there a few steps to getting in the garage but it’s worth it for secure parking and once in it’s very easy to get back and forth to room and car.

Great place to stay for a fever game. The parking is a little tricky. You have to go to the 5th floor apartment and get a key to gain access, and return the key when you check out. So you have to park to get the key to be able to park, and park after you leave the parking garage to bring the key back. It’s a little tricky if you are a solo traveler but doable. But the apartment is in a good location, clean, and comfortable.

Very clean and spacious. Great value. The included parking is a great addition. So future guests understand the check-in and check-out process: When you arrive, you need to find temporary parking so you can go into the building, go up to the apartment to get the parking fob, then drive to the parking garage. When you leave you have to leave the parking garage, find temporary parking, go back into the building, up to the apartment to return the parking fob. Its a little inconvenient, but you get free parking!

We came in to attend a basketball game at Gainbridge Field House; the location couldn’t have been better. The apartment was lovely and a great home away from home. The included parking was such a bonus!! Robin left us some snacks. I will stay there again!!!

Robin's Nest was perfect. Great communication by the host, nice apartment that was clean, perfectly located and even had some complimentary snacks! I would certainly stay again - bummed to see the dates I'm considering visiting again have already been booked. 5 stars!

Robin was an excellent host. The property was in great shape and in a perfect location. The covered parking was a huge benefit since we were there for snowmageddon 2026. We ended up having to stay an extra night because of the snow and Robin was very accommodating.

Parking was difficult. The pass did not work causing us not being able to leave the evening of check in without having to pay ( but owner said if that happened she would reimburse ) Pillowcases were not washed. I had to put them in the washer to wash them myself. The kitchen didn’t have any knives at all anywhere. Which was frustrating the next morning for breakfast. The elevator was dark ( lights not working ) and it was making loud noises. Very creepy. Owners were kind and fixed the parking issue the next morning. Nothing was reimbursed for the inconvenience and for me having to wash the pillowcases

We do make ourselves available for any questions or issues that may arise during the course of a stay. We understand it can be frustrating to eat a meal without knives. We’re unsure how they were missed, but there were knives in the kitchen drawer with the rest of the silverware. We are always eager to correct any wrong/error that we’ve made, as long as we’re made aware. We’re happy to reimburse you for any out of pocket expenses you may’ve incurred at Robin’s Nest, with a paid receipt. We made the offer during your stay and the offer still stands. While we do understand there can be missteps, we do our best to ensure each guest has a great experience with us.

This was a perfect spot, cemtrally located where I could walk to lots of restaurant options, and venues where I had meetings. Ride share pick up was always easy in front of the building as well. Apartment is well appointed, cute and so comfortable! I felt safe in the neighborhood as well. Loved my stay!

Excellent location. Check in/out instructions were clear and easy. Only downside is that you have to find street parking in order to unload luggage and retrieve parking garage key. But the upside is covered parking IS included and once you park, you can leave the car and walk everywhere. Building was quiet, apartment was comfortable (extra large towels and nightlights!) and the welcome snacks were thoughtful.
