No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. 1 warning will be given for noise issue. If noise continues, guest will be asked to leave.
No smoking inside of the home. If evidence of smoking is found this will be an automatic $1000 charge. No illegal substances on property.
No unauthorized guests allowed on property.
