Our stunning, 4-bedroom, 2 full-bath coastal Maine home is perfect for your summer family trip to Maine. Enjoy the luxury of a unique private beach and luscious wildflower gardens. Inside, you’ll have a cozy, spacious living room, a full kitchen and dining room with seating for six, with views of the ocean and gardens.

Special touches to make your stay delightful include seating corners, a sunroom equipped for games and hangouts, and a full, wrap-around deck with outdoor seating where you can truly feel part of the beautiful natural setting around you.

The house provides the comforts of air-conditioning, a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and is conveniently located twenty minutes from some of the best tourist spots in Maine such as Freeport, which is famous for its outlet stores including LL Bean, and Portland, with its restaurants, lighthouses and numerous other attractions.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the air conditioning units
Put all the beach towels in the brown laundry basket on front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes inside the house. We provide "house slippers" as an option for guests.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Absolutely no loud music or parties, stay within the property lines, and no recreational drug use.
Two places guests are not allowed on the property. Above the garage and beyond the gate marked "No Trespassing" in the back of the house.
