AMAZING

From the moment you walk in you realize your going to have a great stay. The rooms are so creatively decorated the kids and adults will love the bedrooms. Besides the hours of fun in the water there are so many game. They have 3 arcade games a pool table and many board games! House and grounds were so well cared for. It had everything we needed. Already look forward to 2027. Host are great. Check in was so simple.

Florida Trip

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location couldn’t have been better — just a short drive to Disney and Universal, which made it so easy to pop back for a break in the afternoon before heading out again for fireworks. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and so well equipped for families. The private pool and spa were a huge highlight — we ended every day relaxing under the palm trees while the kids splashed and played. Every bedroom was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. It truly felt like our own private resort. We can’t wait to come back for our next Orlando getaway!

Jessica was beyond awesome when it came to quick communication! The house exceeded expectations, we were obsessed with the layout, decor (did you see the Haunted Mansion room?), and thoughtful details! Having a great starter setup, the perfectly thought out kitchen essentials, pool towels, floaties, and extra fridge made our week so much easier! I LOVE a functional space The neighborhood is great, with gas, Publix, and tons of food options within a few minutes, and quick access to all of the major Orlando parks and attractions! Not only will we look to stay here again, we will look to stay with these owners again! We loved our stay! If you are going in April the pool is refreshing on a hot day and sees sun from mid morning through evening! We would add heat if we go again in April because after long days in the sun we’d have loved to take a dip more often but it was cool after dark! THANK YOU!!

The Grinning Ghosts Getaway

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not better!). The six bedrooms gave our group plenty of space to spread out, and each themed room was such a hit with the kids—they didn’t want to leave! The private pool and spa were the highlight of our trip. We spent every afternoon swimming, lounging, and just enjoying the Florida sunshine. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals together, and the little touches throughout the home made it feel welcoming and thoughtful. Jessica was a fantastic host—quick to respond, helpful, and even added special touches that made our trip extra memorable. The location was perfect: close to Disney and Universal, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood with resort-style amenities we loved using. If you’re looking for a comfortable, fun, and family-friendly place near Orlando, this villa is truly the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely perfect stay for a large, multi-generation group! Our experience at Free Pool Heat Jan/Feb | 6BR Villa · Near Disney was nothing short of fantastic. We traveled with 11 people ranging from age 3 to 70, and the home was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly suited for everyone. The location could not be better — incredibly convenient to both Disney and Universal, making park days easy and stress-free. After long days out, coming back to the house felt like a true retreat. The heated pool was a huge highlight, especially in January/February, and was enjoyed daily by both kids and adults. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for a large group, which made mornings and evenings so much easier. Every detail felt well thought out, from comfort to convenience. This home truly made our trip special — it felt welcoming, functional, and luxurious all at once. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a large family or group looking for a stress-free, memorable Orlando stay.
