The property is even nicer than the photos illustrate. Home was spotless and owner very helpful. Much larger than pictures show and feels like it is new. Great stay and the best value of all properties we searched as well as close to downtown and the water.

This house was perfect for our family to be together for the Holidays. The host was so welcoming, the amenities were abundant, the house was spacious. The location is perfect for downtown Punta Gorda, Fisherman Village, Gilchrist Park, and many restaurants.

The moment we entered the house we wanted to extend our stay. The home is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and upscale. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, sunroom and floors. The bedrooms, great room and dinning area decor is warm and cheerful. Once you settle in, you don’t want to leave. The home is a 5 five minute walk to watch sunsets over the water and to shop downtown. Probably the the best location of all the homes available in PG. We can’t wait to rent it again next year.

Why they chose this property

The Historic District of Punta Gorda is walking distance to pretty much everything. Our house is situated on a brick paved street. We’ve raised our children in this house for 10 years and have recently moved to a home with a little more room for our growing children to run and play.
