This home away from home was very comfortable, clean and accommodating! The bed was very comfortable. We loved the spacious bathroom as well. The host was very easy to communicate with. The location is great, as we were less than a 5 minute walk from the historic district in St Augustine. This is a definite plus! Hope we can come back again soon!

PERFECT location for exploring the city! The space has everything you need to live comfortably for extended stays! Such a charming space. The parking garage wasn't far at all, we actually enjoyed the short walks there! The AC was working perfectly, which was needed for our July visit! The front porch was very charming and we enjoyed many coffee and wine chats there during our honeymoon. Connie, the host, was a fabulous communicator, answering a phone call about check in and a few texts before and during our stay very promptly. Highly suggest this little slice of heaven in St. Augustine!

The property was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the historic district. We parked our car in a nearby garage when we arrived and were able to walk everywhere for the rest of our trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

We really loved our stay here. The size of the apartment was perfect for two adults and one child. The bathroom was really nice, and the kitchen was absolutely sufficient for preparing meals in. We were worried about not having parking at the house, but the garage was very easy and convenient. Almost everything in St. Augustine that we wanted to see was walkable from the house, and the walk to the garage was super pleasant when we needed the car. Connie was a kind and attentive host. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Connie's lovely home was perfect for our stay! It was pristinely clean, very well apportioned with every little thing you could need in the kitchen and bathroom, ideal location for walking to shops, restaurants and historical sights. Her communication was prompt and we even got to say hello in person one day. This was one of the best VRBO stays! Our host was welcoming and there to answer any questions. The house was absolutely spotless and had more than one would expect in a rental. Everything was great with my stay here. I was staying here while working on an event downtown and the location couldn’t be beat. It was a great and relaxing spot after a long day of work. Will definitely plan to stay again.

This was another great getaway with this host! This exceptionally clean, well-stocked unit was absolutely perfect(as was the upstairs unit we stayed in just a few months ago) and well thought-out, from the toiletries to the coffee to the parking pass.
