The host was super responsive and very communicative. The location is perfect....you are walking distance to the beach (maybe 1-1.5 blocks) and Publix (again, 1-1.5 blocks), plus you are right near the heart of town. The place was clean and well appointed. The hot tub was a a sweet bonus!
