This home worked out great for our family as we celebrated the life of our mother who lived in the area for over 40 years. Lots of space both inside and outside for us to enjoy our extended weekend. Rich was very responsive and easy to work with. TV was wonderful as we displayed a slideshow throughout the weekend and the Packers and Brewers both won which were added bonuses.

Everything is there! The house is so beautiful! The backyard is so peaceful and tropical! Location is perfect to the beach and to shops. Don’t let the outside fool you, when you set in you’ll be amazed!

When we first stepped into the home we were blown away with how big and spacious it was.We did originally have a group of 19 but a few family members were unable to make it. So there were 12 of us that stayed here. We definitely had plenty of space to spare. When we arrived we weren't even 5 minutes and there was a repair man there to fix the broken AC. He got it fixed and we never had a problem. The home was very clean and well kept up on. We spent most of our time in the pool or sitting outside. The pavilion back by the miniature golf area does have lights that come on at 9:30. For the pool there are plenty of pool floaties and rings for the kids. We couldn't get the pool light to work, but we think we found the remote for the light in one of the bedrooms but weren't for sure.The beaches are close by. Holmes Beach was a ten minute drive and Coquina beach is about 17 minutes. Holmes Beach was our favorite. They have a cafe were they serve breakfast , lunch and dinner. Reasonable prices too. We had a wonderful vacation and we are glad we choose this home and area. We would highly recommend staying here.
