Little Oyster Oasis- A Charming Waterfront House in White Stone Virginia

This adorable two story waterfront house.. This property offers panoramic water views only feet from the water front. Downstairs, the front sunroom which leads us to the fully stocked kitchen and bonus room with full bath and separate laundry. Upstairs you will find a full bath, 2 bedrooms and a front sunroom on the 2nd story offering even more amazing panorama. You have your own dock, private boat ramp and small beach. Smart TVs in every room, starlink internet and Artisan filtered water.
The space
Bonus room downstairs has a small bed and full bath and smart tv

Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv which leads to the upstairs sunroom.

Second upstairs bedroom has bunk beds, futon and smart tv. Perfect for the kids!

Smart TVs is all bedrooms and both sunrooms. Watch the free steaming or connect to all your steaming services.

Boat launch and dock can accommodate boats up to 20 feet or less. The water is shallow at low tide (about 2 feet) at end of the dock. Bigger boats can be docked at windmill point marina about 3 miles away for a fee.

Starlink high speed Wifi.

Fully stocked kitchen with coffee tea and other essentials provided.

the water is some of the softest water around. The Artisan well that is tripled filtered with have your skin feeling so soft and fresh. High end spas pay a fortune for this kind of water.

The Town of white stone is 8 miles away with amazing dining, shopping and Mary seafood market with all your fresh catch needs. Walmart, groceries, and other shopping about a 20 minute drive.

Windmill point marina is about 3 miles away with public boat launch, daily, weekly, and monthly slip rental, a public beach and fishing pier.

Off the dock you can Fish(2 pole and small tackle box included), go crabbing(2 pots provided, just get bait) and you can collect oysters for eating.

Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all used dishes and leave in dishwasher or in dish rack. Tuesday is trash day so if you could kindly put can at curb on monday night we would appreciate it!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the -------- property.
Small dog breeds under 20 pounds. please use provided cage to house dog when going out Any pet damage or smells will result in a $200.00 fee
Smoking or Vaping is prohibited inside the home . Smoking/vaping is allowed outdoors away from doors or windows. there will be a $200.00 cleaning fee.

Brian was so helpful and met all our needs. The house had everything we needed for our stay even fishing gear for my husband to enjoy. Definitely a must stay vacation venue.
