Wonderful Stay!

I felt at home from the time I arrived. Owners Dave and Kathy's personal touches and design style were so very inviting. The condo is just beautiful and at the perfect location on the lake with a superb view of the mountains from sunrise to sunset. My stay a perfect 10!

Another Perfect Stay!

This was my second stay at this wonderful condo. Looks exactly like the photos with tall ceilings and furnishings that are both beautiful and comfortable. High end linens and kitchen fit for a beginner like me or a gourmet chef.Three sets of sliding glass doors with two patios at the ideal lakefront location surrounded with palm trees and stunning mountain views. The perfect retreat!

Fabulous picturesque condo getaway

Beautiful condo inside and out. Super comfy and stylish furnishings with all the trimmings. This is a delightful high end condo that OVERLOOKS A SMALL LAKE. Wake up to glorious sunrises with mountains and palm tress reflected in your own lake. 2 patios are equally comfy, and plush with amazing plantings surrounded by fruit trees and cacti. Loved this place!

Simply awesome!

Our 8-week stay in this condo was nothing short of amazing! The condo was perfect for the two of us, was very comfortable has a fabulous outdoor setting on the lake located in the quiet and peaceful community of Mission Hills Country Club. Most importantly, the condo is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lengthy stay, from kitchen basics, spices, supplies, etc. Literally, the condo is "move-in" ready. The grapefruit, orange and lemon trees right out the front/back doors were an added bonus! We definitely got our "citrus fix" during our stay! The owners were extremely responsive when we contacted them for help with a couple of minor, "user error" (on my part!) issues. We had no major problems with anything in the condo. Check-in and check-out was simple and efficient. All-in-all, a great place to spend an extended stay! We will be back!

A superb condo!

Just completed my third stay at this superb condo. Tall ceilings with beautiful furnishings. High end appliances and linens. On the lake with stunning mountain views. Two beautiful decks facing the lake with very attractive and comfortable furniture. A grapefruit tree between the decks and lemon tree by the front door. Wonderful owners who make check-in seamless. A very special place!

Best view in Mission Hills

This property has the best view in Mission Hills. The photo on the website doesn't even do it justice. Lake, mountains and palm trees, birds of all sorts, including white pelicans. The condo is close, but not too close, to the neighborhood pool and is walking distance to pickleball and tennis courts. There is a lovely side patio with dining table in addition to the large back patio. The owners were easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make things comfortable for me.

Best Location in Mission Hills

The condo is perfect for 2 people. Looks just like the pictures. Owners Dave and Kathy met us on arrival. The location on the lake is ideal and the birds and ducks are a real treat to watch all day. We thought their lake was the best in Mission Hills.

We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home for a week! Dave the owner was very nice to work with, responsive to our needs, answered all questions and requests quickly! The place was decorated so nice and supplied with everything you need! The pool/ hot tub, was just a short walk away and we enjoyed it daily! A Beautiful view from anywhere in the home! Sunrise and Sunset from the patio was Magical!!

One more thing

One important thing to add to our earlier review: 10 out of 10. We travel with our little dog and this property is pet friendly with a very reasonable fee. Our little guy loved going for walks in the morning with his Dad and they enjoyed meeting other dogs with their owners walking around the property. It was so convenient and comfortable to have our pet with us at this property. And, there is a fabulous dog park just down the road on Dinah Shore, called Key Largo Dog Park. For those of you with fur-babies, this property is perfect!

This is an amazing condo. The pictures are exactly as it is. It was wonderful to wake up every morning and have coffee (and grapefruit juice squeezed from the trees outside) on the patio and then a glass of wine to watch the sunset in the evening. The condo is equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home (including morning coffee, a citrus hand juicer for the grapefruits and a wine fridge). The bed is very comfortable and the towels and linens are high quality. We have been coming to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area for about ten years and have stayed in a variety of hotels, resorts and homes and this is by far the best. Normally when we come, we eat out every night. We didn't want to do that here. We felt so at home we just wanted to stay there and eat out on the dining patio. Dave was great to deal with and there were no issues with getting into the Mission Hills Country Club or the condo. We met the neighbours on both sides and they were very friendly and welcoming. The condo was very clean. There were a couple of relaxing pools to choose from. The area was perfect for morning walks and very quiet in October. We were about ten minutes from Palm Springs and El Paseo for evenings when we did go out. Groceries are about five minutes away and we were able to golf at two courses close-by. We are hoping to return to this home for our next trip to Palm Springs.

Beautiful condo with lovely views

The condo is exactly as described - beautifully furnished & stocked with everything needed for our stay, including quality linens/towels, basic toiletries, good selection of dishes/glasses, cookware & supplies (paper towels, garbage bags, salt/pepper, olive oil, etc.) The bed was comfortable for both of us (which is uncommon since our sleep numbers are 35 and 70!), and the location was peaceful. We grilled steaks on the gas BBQ & lounged mornings and evenings on the shaded patio enjoying the pond/fountain & mountain views. Property was clean and well maintained, and the owner connected a week prior to arrival with clear check-in and check-out instructions. Owner included info re: nearest grocery and medical clinic, but it would've been nice to have info on use of neighborhood pools/hot tubs, and recommendations for local restaurants or places to visit - nothing extensive, but we find the locals always know the best places to go! Lastly, the internet seemed slow, but we are used to high speed at home.

Real life better than photographs.

When we first arrived at the property in the late evening we couldn't believe how beautifully appointed it was. When we awoke the following day and saw the view across the lagoon we realised that the photographs of the property had not done it justice. During the stay the owner dealt with some minor queries promptly and did all he could to ensure our stay was truly memorable. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit the Palm Springs area.
