Perfect location near the pool

The condo is steps away from the pool and the hot tub. Very easy to go there. Outdoor grill was great. Pans/pots in kitchen were lacking to cook a big dinner. Toys, crib and garage area were great for a toddler. Television electronics - complicated to use even with instructions. Very comfortable stay.

Modern and comfortable

This was our 25th yearly girls weekend in Palm Springs. And this property was our favorite so far! Modern , clean and comfortable. Upgrades through out the condo. Location is ideal. Close to shopping. Walking distance to Omni resort for an evening cocktail. Owners are wonderful to deal with. We definitely plan to come again!

Desert gem perfect for adults and kids, alike!

My family stayed in this beautiful condo for the week of Thanksgiving. It's located in the Rancho Las Palmas Country Club and is conveniently close (a short walk) to the River - where you'll find great dining and shopping. An even closer stroll is the Blue Ember restaurant and the lovely spa at the Rancho Las Palmas Resort. With that being said, you may never feel the need or want to leave this condo. The kitchen is clean and modern with open shelving and new Miele appliances. Feeling in the mood for a smoothie? Then just grab the Vitamix or the juicer! Elegant, modern dishes, flatware...and plenty of sippy cups for the little ones too! The open concept of the living area is modern and cool, but also completely family friendly! We brought our three little boys and when they weren't in the pool (which by the way, is about 5 steps out the front door), they were happy to watch the golfers, kick the ball around the lush, grassy area adjacent to the pool, lounge on the big comfy sectional, or play the Wii. The condo has a nice, spacious patio-perfect for enjoying coffee or cocktails. The three bedrooms are comfy but also so Palm Springs cool, with Jonathan Adler furnishings. The bathrooms were also new and clean, echoing the same casually cool design theme that you see throughout the entire condo. Heather, the owner, was great to deal with- so accommodating! What can I say? We put a lot of research into where we stay because with three boys under 8, we need a lot of room to move and play. This place hit the nail on the head. So functional and comfortable for a family with children, but at the same time so grown-up with its clean lines and modern vibe. I look forward to staying here again...it truly is a Desert gem!

Desert Oasis Girls Getaway!

We visited this gem for a girls weekend and had the best time ever. The house was AMAZING! Super clean, luxury bedding with nice thread count sheets, a comfortable mattress, GOOD restful pillows, modern style, fabulous décor, great location, and plenty of space to have your own room and relax. In fact I turned the atrium into my own private yoga room in the mornings. We were really able to visit and unwind from the stress of work, kids, etc. The house was so inviting we had food delivered the first night. We did not want to leave! For breakfast the next morning I picked a fresh juicy grapefruit from the tree on the patio. For lunch it was a 5 minute walk over to the River Walk shops and Restaurants. We ate at a gourmet delicious pizza place called Michael’s Pizzeria (I highly recommend) then did some shopping, had some cocktails and could all walk home. The next day we walked to the hotel for breakfast (slight stroll down the street) and all had spa treatments. We loved everything. The kitchen appliances and flatware were all high-end and nicer than my own home. It made making margaritas, and cooking FUN! I thought we would venture into town more and go shopping, but we were just so comfortable sitting on the patio and watching the golfers, drinking our wine, visiting with friends and enjoying the beautiful sunsets there was no need to leave. We only stayed 3 days but I plan to visit again soon - one of the best vacations I've had in a while! Thank you for everything, I can’t wait to book again!
