- Dock is directly off our backyard, into the water as shown in photos
-NO BOAT LAUNCH at our dock; water is very shallow and has large tide fluctuations.
- We do not provide kayaks/canoes/paddleboards, please feel free to bring your own
-Use at own risk for kayaks, fishing, swimming, etc.
-Public Park boat launch is less than 5 minutes walk from our home; Ozello Public Park
PARKING
- There is room to park 2 cars in our driveway - DO NOT PULL UNDER THE STILT HOME TO PARK due to set of close palm trees. Guests will be charged damage fee for damage to trees, stilts, home. We cannot be responsible for any damages to guest vehicles/boats/trailers if guests park under the home/stilts.
- There is room to park a boat trailer/pick up in front of our home, or across the street on the cul de sac.

Very clean and nice. We came to do kayak fishing, and while we were hoping to put our kayaks in by the dock, that wasn't possible due to the vegetation--but there was an easy put-in spot just up the road at the park. The restaurant nearby was excellent as well. Very prompt and polite communication with the manager/owner. Highly recommended!
20 stars!!! We truly enjoyed our stay here! The home is so clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Cleanliness is our number one priority and this home exceeded our expectations! The beds were wonderful, and we really appreciated how fresh everything felt with no mold or mildew smells. It’s such a quiet, safe place to relax. We can’t image a better VRBO in the entire area. We will return.The location is perfect with great restaurants nearby and many beautiful places within an easy drive. We especially loved visiting Devil’s Den, Rainbow River, Hunter Springs Park, and Three Sisters Springs. Future guests should also try Paddletail Tours, dinner at Wallace on the Green, and breakfast at Biscuit Barn.
