We understand that every guest has different preferences, but we’d like to clarify a few points for future travelers. Our cabin is accurately photographed and intentionally designed as a cozy mountain retreat surrounded by nature. While it is nestled in a wooded setting, many guests appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing ambiance. For future guests, the main light is on a dimmer switch and can be adjusted to full brightness based on personal preference. There are also multiple lamps throughout the cabin to provide additional lighting. As noted in our listing, cell phone service can be limited in the mountains depending on your carrier, but hi-speed Wi-Fi is available for Wi-Fi calling, messaging, and internet access. We were also surprised by the comment regarding the neighborhood, as the cabin is located in a quiet, rural mountain community that many guests choose specifically for its privacy and natural surroundings. Since your stay lasted less than 10 minutes and you did not experience the cabin or its amenities, we’re sorry you didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy what so many of our guests have loved. We encourage future guests to read our listing description and reviews to determine whether our peaceful mountain cabin is the right fit for their getaway. We enjoyed hosting your stay! Thank you for your review. Mountain roads can be a challenge sometimes if you are not used to the curves. If you live where there are no mountains, locals may call you, “flatlanders”. Fortunately, all the roads leading to the neighborhood are DOT maintained state roads, and are all paved double lanes. I’m sorry you had that experience. I do hope you followed our directions, as we chose the best route to the cabin and do recommend a 4WD for the driveway, even though you may park below.

Thanks for your review! Im happy you enjoyed the new hot tub and furniture. I’m sorry the parking gave you trouble. I’m not sure why, because there’s plenty of parking down below if you don’t have AWD or 4WD. We are regrading the driveway next week due to all the rain we’ve had coming down the mountain.

Sorry for the problem. We have rectified the problem with ATT. We know our guest need Internet and want there stay to be a happy stay .
