Oceanfront Condo With Large Terrace

This condo has 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and is ready for your beach vacation! The condo is on the 4th floor, is large (2070 sq. feet) and has a large terrace (about 500 sq. feet) which is directly on the beach.

The Grand Coquina has been fully renovated from 2022-2025 and our indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, boardwalk, club room, fitness, and other common areas are open as of September 2025 and ready for use!

WiFi is installed and available inside the apartment. Our building also has WiFi in common areas of the building.

Rental discounts are available for small families and for longer rental periods.

The terrace of this condo was renovated in 2024 and a high-power AC unit was installed in 2024.

The master bedroom, living room, and main dining room have ocean views.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in closet and both separate shower, shower+bath, make-up room, and TV with blue ray player and Netflix access.

The 2nd bedroom has a walk-in closet, a King-size bed, a full bathroom, and a flat screen TV.

The 3rd bedroom has 4 bunk beds, a full bathroom, closets, dressers, and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen is large, has all appliances and utensils for cooking, and also has a breakfast dining area. A new oven, range, and built-in microwave were installed in 2024.

The living room has couches and a 65 inch flat-screen TV, blue-ray player, sound system, and Netflix and other channel access.

My unit also has a new LG washer and new LG dryer (installed in 2024) and plenty of towels for its guests.
