Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Instructions (failure to comply with instructions may result in an additional $200 cleaning fee): Remove all kitchen/food trash from the house and place in the outdoor trash bins.
Ensure that the pool cover is placed back on the pool or placed in the garage. Place all pet waste in outdoor trash bins. Ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked before departure.
Shut off all fans, lights, TVs, etc. Ensure that all personal belongings are removed; a $125 fee will be charged to ship items that have been left at the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified on the booking: Maximum of 12.
If the Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund.

Great place!! The house was beautiful and awesome! It was a great space for the kids. The house was one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever been in. The host is super responsive and helpful. Great location too! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The house was everything we needed and more. The fire pit, playground, Switch, and play kitchen were big hits and the table gave us a place to gather and play games. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

We love Tolar because of its central location to Lake Granbury/Granbury Square, Glen Rose and Stephenville. Tolar has small town charm and quiet neighborhoods where families can get outside and feel safe.

We have a private dog park, sandbox, propane fire pit, Blackstone grill, pergola with outdoor seating, swingset, a hammock, a Cowboy pool, indoor games, outdoor yard games, Nintendo Switch and so much more!
