This is an up/down duplex allowing for the preferred convenience of one level living, with this lower level unit having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Rent this unit, or for the perfect large family gathering, combine this unit with our other upper unit, VRBO #473300 listing, for a total of 8 BEDROOMS.

There are five TVs, and high speed WiFi! The living room has a large flat screen TV with premium cable service and a DVD (Blu Ray) player. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV streaming Netflix. The kids and teenagers will enjoy the bunk/futon bedroom configuration, especially when they can retreat to their own room which also has a DVD (Blu Ray) player. Make sure you keep one of the two beautiful ocean front bedrooms for yourself.

This unit has a full length front deck with marsh views, and a full length oceanfront back deck, so you can enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer. A boardwalk right from your back deck takes you over the dunes to the ocean’s edge. You can also relax in the open air ground level common area where you will find casual wicker furniture and a charcoal grill. ENJOY!
