Fall getaway 🍁 sun drenched cottage walk to beach, hot tub under the stars.

Montauk is best in the offseason. If you are looking for a cozy, clean, bright and airy (even on dark winter days:) beach bungalow getaway then I would love to host you. I tastefully decorate the house for the holidays by reflecting on the season. Sit on the covered deck with a fire and you can hear Owl’s hoot and the waves crashing on the beach. This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with covered deck space and patio area that includes a hot tub. The maximum number of guests is 6 as the total square footage of the house is approximately 1000. There is one king bed and two queens. I am not in Montauk when the home is rented to you, however I am just a text or call away for any recommendations you might need❤️. This is not a party house or share house. We are not an LLC. This home is my primary residence and I have raised my family here. I ask that my guests respect my lovely neighbors and their love of quiet.

We had a great experience in this lovely house with wonderful amenities. The outdoor shower and roof deck were a great touch. Since there weren't pictures of the second bathroom or the living room, we were pleasantly surprised to see both. Very comfortable with easy beach access. Sitting right between the town of Montauk and The Clam Bar / Goldberg's, there are plenty of options for food and drink. The best part was that the property was enclosed for our dogs, allowing them to roam free when outside. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you!!

A couple things could use a refresh / update but the location and host more than made up for it! We had a little issue on arrival but so thankful for how responsive and helpful Julia was in resolving it! We loved walking to the beach each morning and sitting out on the deck. Perfect mtk house

We had a great stay at Julia’s house. The place was very clean, functional and better than the photos. Location was just minutes from anywhere we needed to go. Julia was very quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely stay there again.

I have been renting my home in Montauk since 1989. I have had may kind guests over the years and I enjoy hosting them. I am glad that many of my tenants have gone on to buy their own homes in Montauk.

Why they chose this property

My husband is a local police officer. We love the neighborhood because it is relatively quiet and walking distance to the beach. When he is off from work, we never leave the neighborhood!

What makes this property unique

This is an older cottage that we have worked hard to upkeep and renovate over the decades. It is our home, and we are not an LLC or second home owners.
