Studio 3, located at 743 Old Montauk Hwy, is a studio with a queen bed, dining for 2, and a galley kitchen ( no cooktop) and bathroom.

This unit is fully air-conditioned. The deck is a shared area with a separate sitting space with expansive ocean views and wood privacy screens between units. This is an attached studio unit. All units have expansive ocean views and come with a beach parking pass to other Town beaches listed on the permit. There is a shared laundry by request. The rentals are from Friday to Friday. The cleaning fee is $150 cash on check-in. The dog fee is $250 per dog. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.

Amazing spot right on the ocean

Stayed here multiple times and will return again. Best part is being just a three min walk to the beach. Can't beat that. The place itself is also simple/great and pretty views of the sunset from the deck.

Lovely Getaway

This is our 3rd time visiting Jeanne's property & it is a dream getaway. It is right off old Montauk highway with views of the water and a short walk into town. Couldn't get better! It is clean , spacious , and very private. Jeanne is a wonderful host and we cannot wait to come back next year.

Beach Get- A -Way

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to spend all day long at a beautiful beach...we recommend Twin Ponds on Old Montauk Hwy. Five minute walk to the beach, and a five minute drive to town. Jeannie Neilson is a wonderful host and property owner. Thank you for a wonderful get-a-way.

Perfect spot for an easy getaway!

Jeanne’s property was the perfect low key getaway spot for our mini moon in Montauk! A cozy, minimalist apartment that is perfect for any length of stay. Jeanne was beyond generous and kind when we arrived after our wedding for a couple days, she even upgraded us to the 2 bedroom apartment when those guests cancelled last minute. She even made sure to turn a light on when she knew we were arriving after dark. We knew we wanted to be close to the beach & town, while being able to take our puppy with us. This place had it all - ocean views from multiple rooms, beautiful deck overlooking the water, large yard for our pup all while being a couple minutes drive to town. We could have walked if the weather had been better! Even though the apartments are dog friendly, there was not any “dog smell” - perfectly clean and cozy. We would definitely return to any of Jeanne’s properties!

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful time in this updated, clean and beautiful studio. The views of the ocean from private deck were amazing! Walking distance (about a mile) to town and about a 5 min walk to the beach. Jeanne was a great host!!
