The comfortable living room offers a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach, while the game room—with a pool table and classic Pac-Man arcade game—creates a fun gathering space for guests of all ages. A king suite with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the first floor.

Upstairs, three additional king bedrooms provide restful accommodations, including one with a private walk-in shower. Two king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination, while a bunk room featuring a triple-full bunk offers a fun and flexible sleeping arrangement for kids, teens, or additional guests.

The private carriage house serves as its own retreat. The first floor includes a king bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, dining area, and a hall bath with a walk-in shower.
