Playa de las Americas is a beautiful area in South Tenerife with beautiful beaches. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, also shopping and everything else that you need to have a wonderful vacation.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is newly renovated in July 2025, modern scandinavian style. There are air-conditioning units in every room- in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms. Private parking in a garage. Sunny balcony to enjoy the Tenerife sun.
