Our apologies. The group beforehand left a complete mess. We toom 1 hour longer to clean due to the excessive mess. We did not want to have you check into a dirty home. Our apologies about your wait.

A very nice place with a gorgeous beach view. We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, and the host went above and beyond by DoorDashing a wine opener to us within 20 minutes-much appreciated!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults. With six bedrooms, everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout made it easy to spend time together while still having personal space.The oceanfront location was amazing! Being able to walk right out to the beach and enjoy the beautiful views each day was one of the highlights of our trip. We found lots of beautiful seashells, visited the nearby Oak Island Lighthouse, and even had the unforgettable experience of watching baby sea turtles be released into the ocean. It was such a special memory for our family.We also loved that Southport was only about a 15-minute drive away. It made for a fun evening exploring the town, shopping and enjoying a great dinner.The kitchen was well-equipped, the home was clean and comfortable, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay.If you’re looking for a spacious oceanfront home that’s perfect for a family getaway, this is an excellent choice. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!!!

The pics and the reality to us were 2 different things. Aged more than expected. Water seeping up through basement flooring caused a dank musty smell. Attic had 2 full beds and main floor had 2 twins. Would have been better if switched. With that out of the way….. my family adjusted and we had a very good week and loved Caswell beach!! The host was pretty quick to respond and accommodating! The overall size of the home worked for our family. Beds were dated and hard but all in all after a full day on the beach you can sleep on anything! The beds and bathrooms were clean! Needed a big frying pan…and . One that dosen't burn on glass stovetop. The access to beach was nice !!
