This was a very unique property. I loved the splashes of color throughout. The host was very gracious, leaving a full selection of coffee, as well as a few snacks and a very appreciated bottle of champagne. This was a great place to stay!

A newly remodeled unit - it was as freash and clean as anyone could ask for!!! The location is superb far enough from the main streets to be relaxingly quite yet close enough to be walkable to what ever you might desire in the Montrose district ---- Ivy was a wonderful host attentive to our needs , billy ---------What an incredible breath of fresh air to step foot into Ivy's wonderful vacation home.We could not be more pleased. Warm welcome and extremely good communication from our host.Well appointed, clean, ample clean towels, comfortably firm but not hard bed just the way we like it, & everything we needed. She really went above and beyond to provide for a wonderful stay!Beautiful environment. Nice neighborhood.No offending plug-in migraine-inducing air fresheners. Thank you Ivy!!!!If we could give an 8 star rating for Ivy's rental, we would. Highly recommended.Oh and bonus, within one mile walking distance to Whole Foods market. ...Pam
