Toledo Bend fisherman’s retreat in a convenient mid-lake location just off the Highway 6 bridge—close to boat ramps, food & fuel. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sits on a private 1.47-acre lot with plenty of room for boats & trailers.

The property offers two covered boat awnings plus a lockable enclosed boat shed. The main driveway awning includes tire chocks, fans, lights & electrical outlets for charging boat batteries. The enclosed shed has coded access, lights & outlets, while the second covered awning is located in the backyard.

After a day on the lake, relax on the large back porch or enjoy the firepit, grill, fish cooker & horseshoes. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, two TVs, washer & dryer, cards, snacks & Starlink internet. Guests also have access to an outdoor ice machine & the Poplar Bend Bragging Board—a green trophy wall made for photos of your best catch!

The home is professionally cleaned between every stay & offers a peaceful yard with frequent wildlife sightings.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag and take out trash. Trash service will not pick up if not bagged.
Please start load of towels in washer. You do not need to stay until complete, just start the load. Please wash any dishes that were used.
Your help in returning things to the way they were at check in is greatly appreciated! This keeps all costs down for everyone. Thank you so much for your help and understanding!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping of any kind.
