Regarding your accusations about my unit. You did take the surge power cord with usb and multiple plug ins that is needed for the bedroom electronics. It is bulky and noticeable. I reached out to you and asked if you had taken it, you told me no. It wasn't until I showed the before pic of the item in the bedroom, which was not there after you left. When I said, I would just get a hold of VRBO thats when you wanted to return it. You didn't get back to me in a timely manner as others were checking in where I had to purchase another one. I even sent a pic of the item and price from where I purchased so you could reimburse me. You didn't, instead you tried to say it wasn't the same one. I needed the money for a new one, not for you to try and bring me a different one and bother the current tenants staying there. I did respond to VRBO and nobody got back to me. So you can say you didn't like the place or whatever you want, but I know the reason is because I called you out and you didn't want to pay for the item you took. Also, the amenities are top notch there and I've had no complaints. As for the dishwasher, I had maintenance check right away, they said, its because you had it on the delay button. As I did not have any problems with it. You can chalk that one up to user error on your part. Yes, I take inventory and everything is stocked. But that doesn't mean I provide for the whole month you are living there. You didn't mind drinking the 3 bottles of wine left there either.
