One of the shower drains didnt work well. House was clean and tidy. Bummer you have to pay extra to heat the pool and hot tub so we didnt really use them

Our stay was great. Great location to go to Disney and also to the convention center where our kids were competing. The kids loved the pool. It was a little cloudy/dirty, but we alerted the property manager and they were there promptly to clean. We would definitely stay here again if staying with a large group.

Amazing for Summer Fun!

We had a longer summer competition season this year and having a home like this to come back to at the end of very busy days was amazing. The location is perfect for Disney and other local attractions, excellent for shopping (Target is like 1 mile away) and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time.

Perfect get away spot

Very spacious home. Loved the lanai area. The pool was 5 feet on the deep end and was plenty big. The bedrooms were large. The princess and Harry Potter rooms exceeded expectations. The game room was phenomenal. We all spent a lot of time together in there. Distance from all parks was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Floor Plan

We had a terrific family vacation while staying in this house. It was the perfect setup for our group of 17. Our only issues were the pool water was a little foggy, and the air hockey table had no air. We would have rated 5 stars all around, if not for those issues. The house was clean and spacious. We were very close to fun shopping and grocery stores and 20 min from Universal.

Spring Break 2023

The property was beautiful, we enjoyed the pool in the backyard as well as the community pool and play area. We had an issue with 2 bathroom toilets upstairs, but maintenance quickly showed up and addressed the problems.

The only negative thing I will have to say is the air hockey game in the game room air was not coming out. When picking houses that have a game room you do review the games in there to make sure it is something your family would enjoy and when one is not working it makes you wonder why not just take it out if you are not going to get it fixed

Football table and jockey table aren’t working I called the same day I got there Thursday, they told me we gonna send someone to fix it but the person sowed up Saturday around 5 pm because I was sending emails to them to help me and the guy said we have to order the piece so we didn’t enjoy the game room ! That’s all everything else was great !

Family reunion

We hosted our family reunion, grown kids, grand kids and great grand kids. There were 16 of us. This house did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had all that we needed. THe pool was great and someone came to clean every few days. The big pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pad area was a great added bonus. We had a few issues, broken garbage disposal, broken pool sticks. Which were handles promptly. Our only complaint was the air hockey table was not working and we had no balls for foos ball table which we requested. We all enjoyed the house and our time together. I would highly recommend for a large party.

The house was spacious and nice inside. The pool, spa, and pool deck area needed cleaning which was cleaned within a few hours of calling property management company. Although they said it was cleaned once a week, they should ensure this is done before new guests arrive. Also, spa did not work properly and had to call a couple times about it and loss 4 out 7 days of getting to use it and three weeks afterwards still waiting to see if they will give a partial refund. Lastly, the directions to the guard shack to get visitors pass is sorely lacking and the bar code to scan to open the gate didn’t work more than it did. They should provide the street address to guard and have a more user friendly way to enter through gate. Overall, house was nice but neighboring houses were very close so do not expect privacy and plan for loud music even through the night, and property management company has many areas they can improve upon.

Beautiful million dollar home

I love the home, but wasn't happy with the property manager and proximity to neighbors. The home had issues. Not all TVs and lighting worked due to wear and tear or just dead batteries. Some of the games in the man cave weren't working as well, like the Foosball table plug was missing, as well as the game-on sign plug was broken and not replaced. I did text the property manager, because they text me first about check-in times, which wasn't great for someone that booked room the same week. Maintenance man came and had to fix and bunch of stuff and reboot the arcade game cabinet. Also, the grill propane tank was empty and the grill was dirty, which property manager never responded to my second text, so I was never able to cook, because I'm a guy that only grills. Made for more expensive week eating out with no clean eating. They were super nice with the quick response to reserve and accommodated my big dog, which was very nice of them. Neighbors were loud, so keep in mind you might hear music and people talking loudly. First night I heard music at 3am that woke me up, and another night neighbors partying until 1:30am by the pool. I closed the window for talking, which helped,but music was loud enough that could hear through closed window. I had events to be in the mornings, so sleeping was important, wasn't on vacation.

Yes house was clean, pool and hot tub was clean. Pets hadn't any issues. I would like others to be held accountable for clean up after their pets in the neighbor hood. It would be respectful to other visitors. Trash pick up was prompt as advertised. The rules for the house was very easy to follow.

Our stay was very nice. Accurate for the most part as far as the house. A few things need fixed as routine maintenance, such as light bulbs burned out, some furniture needed shampooed. I will say the internet was come and go throughout our 10 day stay. Very weak signals in some rooms. Also they asked that the AC not be turned down past 72 it got very stuffy at times. Absolutely loved the area this home is in as far as going back and forth to Disney. Best area to stay for sure. We were very lucky as far as the neighbors and noise. However in the busy season that will certainly be an issue as there is no privacy being 6-8 feet from each other.
