Hi Emily, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you appreciated our responsiveness and enjoyed the look of the condo. We wanted to let future guests know that we've already ordered mattress toppers to better accommodate a variety of mattress comfort preferences. We also appreciate you mentioning the bunk beds—we'll be checking and tightening the screws to help minimize any squeaking. For clarity, the king bedroom and bunk room are separated by both a wall and a door. If the layout wasn't what you expected, we'll review our listing description and photos to ensure they accurately reflect the space. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to enhance our guests' experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best.
