This house is super clean, well stocked with all sorts of things to do as well as plenty of room to spread out. The host is excellent to work with and very responsive! If you are looking for a place in Lubbock with a fairly large group then this is a great option!

The house was nice and had plenty of room for all. The yard was a good place to spread out and play games. Downside was that the kitchen needed so much attention that we spent several hours getting is usable. Wash the items you intend to use and put the rest in a different cabinet. There were pools of fat under the stove burners. It should be clean for awhile now, but have a look to see if it is building up again.

Our group’s second time staying here … the house is well-appointed and clean with spacious bedrooms. On the south side of Lubbock, it is close to all major city arteries making it easy to get around. Enjoyed our stay
