If you are looking for beachfront this is the place for you. The warm cocoa colored sand is just steps away. Relax by the ocean in our brand new 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, fully furnished 2nd floor unit.

Unit 202 is a second floor unit facing South with its own staircase. This 800 sq ft unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom #1 - Queen sized bed and Bedroom #2 has both a Queen sized bed and a twin bed. Great for groups of both 4 or 5. Sliding glass doors in living room open to a balcony with great unobstructed beach views. Dining area window allows for great beach views as well. New kitchen with all new appliances. Chiseled travertine tiled floors throughout with hardwood in bedrooms. Granite counter tops in kitchen and bath. Pillow-top mattresses on all beds. Washer/dryer unit available for your convenience. Wireless internet and cable TV provided. Parking onsite.

NOTE - 2nd floor direct oceanfront unit is owner occupied.

Wonderful time at the beach!

This is our 2nd time staying at this unit. It's very well kept, clean, has everything needed for a vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beach is just steps away from the condo. Owners are wonderful! We recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing beachfront vacation. Perfect for families!

Fun In The Sun and Sand

One week in this unit is not enough. With the sun, the waves and the sand, life is good. The unit is very lovely with modern, comfortable furniture and appliances. It is complete with dishes, pots and pans. If you need anything else, Linda would find it for you. Linda and Dean were very helpful answering questions and giving ideas for activities and restaurants. Beach chairs, fishing rods and bikes were all available. We were very happy with our stay.

Location, location, location!

We had such an enjoyable vacation at this property! It is exactly as pictured, except that the photos don't do it justice - it's breezy and bright, casual yet classy, and so comfy and "home-y." Everything you need is right there. From beginning to end, the owners were a pleasure to work with, ensuring that we had everything we needed and giving us great tips to maximize our enjoyment of the area during our stay. The condo itself is PERFECTLY situated right on the world-class beach. You can watch cruise ships come and go, marvel at the surfers and kite-surfers (they're wild!), and if you're lucky like us, maybe even catch a rocket launch! It's nice and close to more terrific attractions than we had time to enjoy! It's less than an hour from Orlando, Kennedy Space Center is nearby, plus the Cape Canaveral area has a plethora of wonderful restaurants, parks, and shopping so there is never a shortage of something to do. But the condo is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood so you can enjoy doing nothing at all except relaxing and soaking up the beautiful Florida sunshine if you want! We are so glad we got to stay here for our Florida vacation. It couldn't have been more perfect, and we hope to return again someday. Thanks!

Beautiful, clean accomadations. Spacious with two bedrooms and full bath. Great oceanfront location, great views and access to beach. Beautiful living area and great kitchen, fully equipped- We enjoyed staying in and cooking. Would recommend for anytime of year. We had a fabulous time!

Amazing stay!

What a gem! The condo was so clean and bright! Our family had plenty of room and we enjoyed the living area for small family gatherings. Dean and Linda were friendly, helpful and thorough. They thought of everything from towels and beach chairs to a complete kitchen. The view of the ocean and the proximity to the ocean were outstanding! We hope to go back next year!!

FUN ON THE BEACH

We always enjoy our stay here, with only steps from the beach we love it. The Cape is in the ideal area just a short run to Disney and minutes to the port (great restaurants). Our unit is always spotless and if we need anything we just ask, it is so nice with the owner on site. I would recommend this unit to anyone, we have already booked it for next year. Can't wait!

Wonderful View and Excellent Owners

This was our first stay in the Cape Canaveral area and we loved it! The apartment is situated with a beautiful side view of the Atlantic and easy access to the beach. All new furnishings, including a new 46 inch flat screen TV, internet with your own modem for wired or wireless internet connection with new furniture and appliances. The owners take a great deal of pride in having a very clean environment. Always available and friendly to answer any questions we had and went beyond that and even gave us a fish they caught for us to fry up and eat. We will definitely try to come back next year!

Our family has owned property in the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area for the past 12 years. We are both private pilots and routinely fly back and forth from our home in Pennsylvania to Florida. We love this area of Florida as it is very laid back and unhurried. It is the one true place our family gets to thoroughly relax.

Why they chose this property

We love the beach and decided that beachfront property would be the best choice for us. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the waves, or watching the reflection of the moon on the water. Great place to relax and get away from it all, but still be near great activities (Kennedy Space Center, Cruise terminals, Theme parks, rocket launches, etc.)

What makes this property unique

It is not everywhere that you can watch a rocket launch into space. Unbelievable views as this happens directly overhead.
