Located close to the pool and overlooking the lagoon, this condo is perfect for a tranquil retreat. Located on the North side giving you ample privacy while still keeping you close to the beach and pool.

The perfect place to rest and relax. This one bedroom one bath unit has a perfect location, close to the pool and beach, with a beautiful lagoon view for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The condo boasts spacious living areas, a large kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal (or a fridge to store leftovers from all the amazing eateries on the island)!
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, so you can relax in a bath or rinse off after the beach.
Comfort comes hand and hand in this lovely unit, with different level lighting, ceiling fans, central air, blackout curtains, extra blankets and pillows, and a soft mattress topper that can be removed if a firmer bed is preferred.

Walk out your door and turn right and you are 40 steps from the largest pool on the island, or turn left and cross the street for a one minute walk to the beach!

Want a workout during your stay? Runaway Bay offers a large gym! (Currently Under repair, expected to Be reopened in March 2026)
Or get your game on at the newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball court.

Flying in and do not want to bother with a car? The Island boasts several cheap or free transportation options. Including a free trolley with a stop right out in front of Runaway Bay.

We love AMI and can not ever seem to get enough. We love the active yet laid back feel of Bradenton Beach. Then Runaway Bay has the most to offer of anywhere on the island. Close to the beach, bay front, water features, pickleball, bocee, tennis, shuffleboard, gym, pool, fishing dock, kayak launch, and walking paths!
