Welcome to your comfortable Springfield retreat—just steps from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds! This 1960’s home is thoughtfully designed to give you space to spread out, relax, and feel at home whether you’re here for work, play, or a bit of both.
Inside, you’ll enjoy two spacious living areas: one with plush recliners and a smart TV, and another perfect for reading, games, or extra lounging space. The master bedroom includes its own TV for private relaxation, and each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a desk and lighted makeup mirror—ideal for getting ready or catching up on work while traveling.
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home, from cookware and dishes to a coffee maker and microwave. There’s a dining area inside for meals or board games, plus a washer and dryer available for your convenience during longer stays.
Step outside to a welcoming outdoor dining and grilling area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Parking is easy with a covered carport and additional off-street space.
If you’re visiting a student at one of Springfield’s universities, you’ll love our location. We’re a short 5 miles from Missouri State University, 4 miles from Evangel University, 3 miles from Drury University, and 2 miles from Mission University, formerly Baptist Bible College.
