For the price I paid i was expecting a very updated ocean view stay. Unfortunately, to my disappointment the furniture was old, clunky, beds hard, etc. I had a partial ocean view from the bedroom. The check in n process was very easy and the person was very polite and accommodating. The customer service was definitely 5 stars. However, the actual apartment isnt.

I must say the views for this unit are amazing. The unit was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The communication with our host was excellent. The amenities are great. Our group will definitely be back. Thanks for a great week!!

Check-in timeframe was 4pm-8:15pm. If you are unable to check in within this timeframe you'll receive a significant late fee. Because I flew in from CA and it is a 1Hr 20Min drive from Orlando Airport, it's a difficult timeframe to meet. I received the Late Fee. I received 5 forms along within a confirmation email. 1 form was the confirmation with the Late Fee described. 1 form was a (5) Pages describing the Condo Rules and Regs. 2 forms were "Reservation Supplements" which were additions to the Rules and Reg. 1 form was the Guest Registration that needed to be signed, acknowledging the Rules and Regs. The place was clean but did have hairs on shower walls and bed that were not mine but overall clean. Many areas of the place are outdated. See photos attached of vanities, sinks and shower. Shower, sink and toilet in master BR were slow to drain. See photo.

This guest asked for an 11:15pm check-in on New Year's Eve and was informed about the $100 late check-in fee. However, the guest then took exception with the fee and bargained with the host to accept $50 before finally paying the full amount after several requests. None of our buildings have a front desk and management require a hosted check-in. A host will reach out by SMS text to coordinate arrival. Guests are responsible for prompt and courteous communication with the host. Normal check-in time is 4-8pm EST. Late check-in from 8pm-12AM EST incurs a $100 fee, payable to the host. No check-in is permitted from 12am-10am EST.
