Cottage home 3 blocks from the beauty of Lake Charlevoix is the best value in town to sleep 6 people! High speed internet. Professionally cleaned. Close to downtown dining, microbreweries, and shopping. 3 blocks to peninsula beach or marina. Just a short drive to Young state park public beach area. Master bedroom with Queen bed, Second bedroom with queen and third has twin bunk beds. Large deck is great for outdoor living space. Stack washer and dryer. The location is very central to other great attractions! Boyne Mountain Resort is under 10 minutes away and offers top notch golf and skiing, Petoskey lakefront and shopping is a short 22 minute drive, Old Mission Peninsula wineries is an hour and 15 minutes, Mackinaw city is also an hour drive. So many things to do year round; beaches, boating, numerous golf courses, biking, hiking, zip lining, snowmobiling and kayaking.

This was my second stay at Laura's place, and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to get to the parks, beaches, restaurants and shops of Boyne, but the street is quiet. It's a short hop to the ferry to get to Charlevoix as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Small quiet and the perfect girls weekend place. Great location to downtown for shopping , close to Petoskey. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots and pans and the amenities .

Great little spot

The house was perfect for our family. Boyne city is a nice little town. This area had it all, we did hiking at avalanche, biking along the lake, both the public beach in town and then the one at youngs state park. Close and convenient to a lot of things.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay - the house was perfect for our family of 4 that included our teenage son and daughter each getting their own room. My husband loved having his coffee on the deck each morning, it’s an easy walk to downtown Boyne City, and a good place to launch day trips to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Petoskey, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Mackinaw City. The house was very clean and well appointed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer. We’d definitely stay again.
