Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home two blocks from lake Charlevoix boat launch. Bring your boat! We have room for your boat and trailer. This property is a duplex. You will be renting the front unit. We are right across the street from a nature preserve. You have a private deck outside the front door to enjoy your morning coffee. If it's a little chilly there is a propane fire pit to keep you warm.
We have central air and Wi-Fi along with on demand hot water.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The home was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! The linens were great, and every part of the home was clean and well-stocked. The location worked well for our visits to Boyne Mountain. Kathy was great at communicating all the details for our stay, and she even checked in on us in the winter storm. New Year Ski weekend
