The entire house was well kept, clean and organized. the listing says the pool is heated, but it stays out of the sun most of the day so it was really refreshing after dealing with the New Orleans’ heat. Living room, dining room and kitchen were all great and comfortable for our group of 8. The upstairs bedrooms were cool and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom AC unit wasn’t working properly but with the cool air coming from the living room, the room was pleasant enough. communication with the host was fantastic throughout the entire process, booking all the way through our departure. it was close enough to the action of Bourbon St but far enough away where you’re not up all night with all the action of Bourbon St. if i’m back in New Orleans with a large group, i’ll seek out this house again.
