This house was a perfect fit for our family beach vacation with a small dog . It is a quick walk down the street to the beautiful beach . The kitchen was well equipped . Our infant was able to use the onsite high chair and portable crib . We all enjoyed the pool and the covered hot tub was wonderful on rainy days . Beach chairs, beach towels , and the wagon were great amenities. The host was very prompt to respond to questions .

Our family had a lovely time at the Tipsy Tide! We appreciated how family friendly the property was - a good number of games, puzzles and toys that our kiddo enjoyed! Super close to the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean, well cared for and well organized. We found the host to be very responsive and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

After driving 11 hours in anticipation of our vacation, one of the first things we noticed was the fresh bowl of water left for our pet. Sometimes its the little things that you remember. We also forgot our crate and looked on the deck and a large crate was also provided. The condition of the house was as we imagined with lots of room, plenty of towels just a short walk to the beach. One thing I appreciated was the outside water hose to wash things down before entering the property. We tried our best to keep it free of sand. We rode our bikes North and South to eat as the property is just about dead center of 2 shopping centers with grocery stores and dining. The neighbors directly next door are permanent residents and provided a great list of restaurants still open this time of year. The home would have been super comfortable with 8-10 people so you can imagine the space we felt with just my wife and I. The vacation was exactly what we needed to unwind from life. The many decks gave us opportunity to get out of the sun, read books and enjoy the ocean breeze. We really appreciated the pool still being open, although cold, it felt good after a visit to the hot tub. Communication during the stay was almost immediate. Thank you Scott

The property was perfect. They have spent a lot of thought on little details, such as Kleenex in every room, bathroom amenities, blankets for the cold, etc. It was very clean. They even had bowls for the dog! It was January, so we did not utilize the pool, but we did the hot tub which was perfect. It was a pleasure staying here and would again.

House was older than we expected for the price. House needs a substantial cleaning. Not floors or bathrooms those were fine. But patio doors and windows were filthy. I picked up a pillow on one porch and there was all kinds of dirt laying on pillow below it.All this said, we had a GRAT vacation
