Step through the front door of the modern craftsman cottage and you are welcomed into a spacious open-concept great room featuring a leather sectional and an 86" smart TV. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for creating meals at home, with both bar seating at the large island and a dining area. The laundry room with new washer and dryer is located off of the kitchen. The decor is modern coastal with a nod to the owner's career as a diver and love of the ocean. All mattresses and most furnishings are new August 2025, with a few vintage finds adding character.

Venture down the hall and you'll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the three bedrooms, plus ensuite bathroom in the master. One room features a crisp and clean coastal feel with two twin beds, plenty of storage and a 55" smart TV. Snuggle up with a good book on the brass queen bed in the middle bedroom or enjoy the 55" smart TV. Decompress and recharge in the soothing, large master bedroom offering a king size bed, sitting chair, walk in closet and 58" smart TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on two cozy covered porches (front & back). Parking is located at the back of the property with a driveway that offers parking for two cars. There is also street parking at the front of the home.
