This was the perfect place to stay on Hilton Head. Steps away from the beach. Great location. Having bikes was so convenient. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Would highly recommend!

An Exceptional Hilton Head Getaway!My wife and I recently stayed at the Classic Coastal Condo at Seaside Villas on Hilton Head Island, managed by Pasqualini Management LLC, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience.The location is absolutely fantastic! The condo is right on the beach and conveniently located near Coligny, making it easy to enjoy the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything Hilton Head has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for a relaxing beach getaway.The condo itself had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was comfortable, welcoming, and provided everything we could have wanted for our time at the beach. The price was very competitive, but what impressed us most was how much the property over-delivered on what we expected.What really made our stay special, though, was the personal touch from Karen and James Pasqualini. Karen was incredibly courteous and thoughtful throughout the booking process and our stay. You could tell that they genuinely cared about making sure their guests had a great experience. That personal attention made us feel much more like welcomed guests than simply renters.By the time our stay was over, we felt that we had gained more than just a great vacation experience — we feel like we made some new friends in James and Karen Pasqualini. That says a lot about the kind of people they are and the way they treat their guests.

The villa was clean and just as pictured. It is in a great location—close to the beach and close to Coligney. Karen was great to work with, especially since we had an issue with the lock on arrival. She was quick in responding and getting the problem solved. Please consider this villa on your next trip to HHI.

It was a nice condo. A little small for the price. My only complaint is that we were only supplied 2 towels each for a week. Every place I have aver stayed always had a closet full of towels that would last the entire stay.

Place was clean and cozy. We were welcomed with snacks, coffee pods and nice clean linens. Check in and check out was super easy. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely recommend this rental.
