Loved our stay with the giraffes, Jigsaw and Puzzles. It was amazing to be able to feed them from the room and to wake-up with the view of giraffes. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. All the facilities were clean. The animals are clearly loved and well taken care of. The dinner experience was delicious. I highly recommend.

Awesome time, incredible experience. My granddaughter kept asking if she was dreaming! Staying with Puzzles and Jigsaw and being able to feed them from the room was a memory maker! Swimming with the Otters was a blast! The animals, the tours, the staff were amazing!
