Cozy house situated in a beautiful farm with mountains in backdrop. We loved the location and was very peaceful. The children enjoyed playing with the sheep and goats. So much fun. The house was very clean and lots of bedding n towels to use. Our stay was very comfortable. The Lithia park is a must see.. and just a short drive.
What a great place to stay! Very clean, the property is outstanding. It was a thoroughly great experience. We provided the property info to our friends so they could recommend this to people visiting them.
We had a wonderful experience staying at the Little Farmhouse. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed. Booking our stay was easy and we were given all the info we needed to easily check in.
Small farm house with a very pleasant layout and beautiful relaxing outdoor areas. Kitchen, BBQ, and washer & dryer made it easy to enjoy the outings, make meals, and clean up. Lovely country setting. We will return.
this was such a joy, almost felt magical. beautiful scenery, lovely cottage, hilarious goats and wonderful host. perfect location between Ashland and Jacksonville. book it…. you will love it!
I never wanted to leave! The home is on a farm — under trees, quiet — in a lush valley, and also close to the pleasures of Ashland. The home is snug and pretty, with everything you need. The host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay. We got to meet our newest granddaughter while in Medford. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. T while in medord our truck had some major issues and haf to be towed away. The owners were
Lovely little cottage perfect for a road trip with granddaughter. We wanted a place for her to have her privacy and this two bedroom small house was the best - well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it,
We loved our stay at the retreat house. It was a perfect location for our time in Oregon - close enough to visit Crater Lake and very close to the beautiful and fun neighboring town of Ashland. The house had everything we needed and we loved the outdoor space for cooking and eating outside. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thanks so much!!

Thanks for staying with us Sandra! We hope you stay with us again!
This farmhouse is beautifully updated and immaculately maintained. The farm itself self is a delight with hanging baskets of flowers, shady lawn areas and a cute collection of farm animals. The property is fenced and gated. The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. There is a lovely front porch with swing and back porch with table and chairs. The landlord was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back. If you are scent sensitive they do use plug in scent dispensers.
Got to the property and was so excited. Very relaxing environment loved the views. Cute house loved the decor. Comfortable beds nice kitchen. My girls had so much fun meeting the goats and sheep and playing at the playground area. I am definitely returning in the future. This place was perfect for my three night visit!
We had a wonderful time at the Pheasant Fields Farm. This is a working farm with the most warm and friendly family. I they are so welcoming it feels like you’re staying with relatives. It’s also very peaceful and relaxing. The location is great for visiting local wineries and attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.
Farm was blanketed in snow for the entire week we were there.....loved the scenery as we don't have snow where we live. Amenities were great! Cooked most dinners at home since we didn't want to be driving at night on country roads. Many convenient eating places nearby. Thank you Erin for the comfy & cozy home. It was close enough to Medford & Ashland which we frequented. Will be back if we get back to the area.
Very comfortable home located in an absolutely beautiful setting surrounded by corn fields, pumpkins and rows of flowers. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Had no issues at all and would recommend this home to anyone.

We were staying in the area for college orientation. Erin and Jason could not have been more wonderful to with with. The cottage was on a working farm/ wedding venue. It was beautifully composed, super clean, and super welcoming. Ok
We loved our stay there. Thank you so much!
My friend and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the cottage and all the local activities. We watched a little of what goes on at the farm in preparation for their fall harvest/pumpkin patch event. Everything in the little farmhouse was well thought out for guests, it was very clean and fortunately had air conditioning as the week was quite warm!
My wife and I visit the Ashland once or twice a year for the plays and for hiking and exploring the area. We prefer to stay in the beautiful, hilly area outside of Talent and this wonderful, little house was perfect for us. The farm setting is lovely and quiet and the house is nicely furnished with comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, central heat and air with ceiling fans and a very nice kitchen. There's a lovely, shaded patio area as well. Communication with the owners was great too. We'd highly recommend this property.

About the host

Hi, my name is Erin and I am Oregon native. I grew up in Southern Oregon, then lived in the Portland area for almost 17 years. My husband and I have since returned to Southern Oregon where we help manage the family farm as well as our design /build construction company. We love being outside!! We work hard, then play hard. When we aren't working, you can find us hanging out on the farm, gardening, traveling the world, hiking, camping, seeing live music, hanging out with our friends, and cooking delicious food. We also love the beer and wine the NW has to (Website hidden by Airbnb) you can often find us tasting new beers or wines at the local breweries and wine shops. :)
One of the best things about traveling is all of the new people you meet. We love our home and figure why not share it with other like minded travelers. We look forward to meeting you!
