Clean and cozy studio that met my needs. The area is very quiet and I had a restful night's sleep. The only thing that could be improved is to have lighting shining on the stairs/walkway as it does get very very dark out there.

We didn’t end up staying. The air freshener/cleaning product smell was too overwhelming and the shared parking/yard area was the territory of the owner’s dog.

I think that you were misunderstood at what this property would be. In the listing it states this is a shared property and that the yard is not fully fenced. You left out of your review that you didn’t even try to enter the correct property. You tried to enter my personal home. We have never had complaints about our cleaning products, I think that is just the excuse you have chosen because you chose a property that did not fit your needs. You did not even reach out to let me know that you had issue with the property that I could have possibly remedied. Unfortunate that you chose to leave a poor review when it was due to your own mistake.

Great studio space with lots of amenities packed into a well designed floor plan. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great view of the hills, close to Jacksonville and easy to get into oMedford. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, single burner and a fridge so it’s possible to prepare light meals.

This was a great central location in Medford, OR so we could get to Jacksonville, Grants Pass, Williams, and Ashland. The studio was very quiet, clean, and much more comfortable than a hotel. Everything was neat and cleanThe owners thoughtfully left a bed and bowls for our dog which was above and beyond what we expected. There is a small sitting arra in the yard with an umbrella . So we were very happy. All in all a pleasent stay.
